Situated in a secluded countryside location,
three miles from Salisbury South Hills School was established
by the Countess of Pembroke in 1993. The buildings were originally a farm and have been developed to offer a unique setting and strives to enhance the first seven years of a child's life.
Our objective is to ensure the happiness of all children
in our care. We aim to provide an education which develops
individual excellence while encouraging a wide range of interests
and talents.
South Hills School is a Christian foundation, offering a
wide range of subjects, arts and activities in an unspoilt
countryside setting.
Our philosophy is that learning should
always
be fun and, for this reason, we base our teaching on the philosophy
of Dr Maria Montessori.
The Montessori approach is based on the individual needs
of children. It is a comprehensive approach to guiding a child's
development, so they can be helped to realise their full potential.
